FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1- HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY CUSTOM WATCH?

If you’re using the configuration option, it usually takes between 15 to 20 days to receive your order.

For watches that are available in stock then 3 to 5 days across all Gulf
countries and up to 1 week for other countries.

2-WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY WATCH?

If there is a problem with the watch and it is our mistake, we will have the watched shipped back to us and fixed then shipped back to you. (We will cover all shipping costs).

3- ARE THE WATCHES WATER-RESISTANT?

Some watches are water resistant and some are not suitable for swimming. Please check the details of each model to make sure.

4- WILL I GET A WARRANTY?

We offer a 1-year in-house warranty on all our watches (Movement and Function). Damages and Scratches are not included.

5- HOW CAN I TALK TO SOMEONE DIRECTLY?

Please send us a DM on Instagram @customwatches.qa and we will respond back in less than 12hrs.

6- HOW CAN I ADD MY OWN LOGO OR PHOTO TO A WATCH?

Please contact us on Instagram @customwatches.qa with the logo or photo so we can assist you with the details and pricing.

7- ARE SEIKO MODS ORIGINAL?

Seiko mods are customized watches that can not be found at a Seiko store. They use genuine Seiko NH34/35/36 GMT movements made for the open market (no Seiko logo on the rotor). The case, dial, hands, and bezel are aftermarket parts, custom-assembled to create unique designs you won’t find in Seiko boutiques.

We can fit your custom watch with a genuine Seiko movement, exactly as used in original Seiko watches.
